A2 is a great steel for edge retention, Heat treated to about
60rc. Will stain when cutting acid fruits and will need regular
cleaning. Knife will loose shine overtime but gain a great
patina for a heirloom look.
Handle Materials: Shown Red, Green and Brown Jigged Bone
Jigged bone : Red, Black, Brown, Green, Blue
Micarta: The toughest handle you can make: Black, Red, Blue
Stag, Stag is getting hard to find but I try to keep a small
stock.
